In 1986 at the age of 21 Mark started his career as an independent real estate salesperson in Big Bear. Mark ranks among the most productive agents within his market. Mark has served in various leadership capacities for the Big Bear Association of Realtors, including two years as President of the Association 6 years as Treasurer, and multiple years as a director and/or committee member. Mark has been the broker of RE/MAX Big Bear since 2020 and has been coaching, consulting and training the agents to be the best in Big Bear.

I had been vacationing in Big Bear every summer and every winter for 10 years prior to moving to Big Bear in 2010. My background is in accounting. I worked in the accounting department of an HOA property management company for 8 years. I have been with RE/MAX Big Bear since 2013 and have been the Office Manager since 2014. My family and I love the mountains and all of the fun activities the town provides all year long.

I moved to Big Bear in 2020. I had never been here before and was looking for a home to buy. My son said “mom you should look in Big Bear”. I did and now everyone has a place to enjoy for many years. I have three grown/married kids and seven grandkids. My background is in accounting. I started with RE/MAX Big Bear in 2020 in the accounting department. My previous career was in custom label manufacturing. I did this for almost 30 years as a warehouse manager and then a compliance officer. My plan is to retire in a few, plus years.

After many visits to Big Bear, I decided to move up full time in 1986, so have been living here for 36 years full time. My son was just going into 3rd grade and went to school in Big Bear till he graduated. Now he has his own Concrete company and is living here in Big Bear after a couple years of college in Lake Tahoe. I worked remotely for about 15 years selling computer software for 2 different companies. Decided to get my Real Estate License and received it in 2002 and have been doing real estate here for 20 years now. I was Treasurer of the Big Bear Association of Realtors in 2007 & 2008. I also work helping with some accounting for RE/MAX Big Bear and Mountain Top Escrow. I love Big Bear and enjoy living here with all the beautiful nature we enjoy every day. Love animals and have had dogs the whole time I have lived here. Actually, I love all critters, big and small. I really enjoy gardening and still working on that.

My name is Ashley Carroll; I have been with Mountain Top Escrow since 2012 and am currently an Escrow Officer and Manager. I have also been a notary for nine years specializing in loan doc signings and documents directly related to escrow, such as Grant deeds, affidavits, and Trust Certifications. As I continue my tenure with Mountain Top Escrow, I always emphasize efficiency and customer satisfaction to ensure a great experience. I was born and raised here in Big Bear, this town will always be home. I left for about seven years to go to college at Biola University. While attending Biola University, I worked at Bubba Gumps as a server. I was fortunate to move back to Big Bear in 2011 to start my family. I am blessed with a fantastic husband, Chris, and 3 beautiful children- Stetson, Colton, and Remington. When I am not working, I am either busy being a soccer mom, a baseball coach, playing softball, or crafting something.

My Name is Tamara L Montgomery, I am a born and bred SoCal resident and couldn’t imagine leaving my sunshine state. I have two wonderful children Samantha and Evelynn and a kitty cat named Sarek. My partner Solano and I moved to Big Bear in 2015. Like many, as a child our families would vacation here regularly and our love for the mountain drew us in. I enjoy retro gaming, mystery novels, sci fiction and horror movies but most of all food is my true passion. I have a background in customer service and am a notary public. I joined the RE/MAX family in April 2017 with Mountain Top Escrow, where my passion for the industry has blossomed.

My husband and I used to come up to Big Bear every weekend in the winter to ski. We finally made the move up to Big Bear 1977 and started working For Spencer Real Estate. I got my real estate license in 1978 and have been working in real estate in some fashion since l977. I worked with Tim Wood at Spencer Real Estate and then worked for him at Coldwell Banker. I have been a receptionist, office manager, loan officer and of course a real estate agent. I have worked for RE/MAX Big Bear since October 2017.

I was born in San Diego, lived in Utah, New Jersey, then landed in California for good. My parents moved us to Big Bear in 1985 and I graduated Chautauqua High School in 1987. I married a wonderful man 27 years ago and we have raised 4 children and have 6 grandchildren. I have worked for Snow Summit (20 years) and Bear Valley Unified School District (13 years). I am now happily working for RE/MAX Big Bear.

I have called Big Bear home since June 14, 1975, just before my 4 th birthday. I attended elementary school through high school here and even took college art courses. After working typical teen jobs, I began working in real estate as a telemarketer and later a call coordinator. My early training in this field, brought me to RE/MAX BIG BEAR 6 years ago as an Administrative Assistant and Director of First Impressions. My love and knowledge of the history of our mountain home is a great asset when speaking to anyone who ALSO falls in love with the cozy charm, picturesque postcard beauty and welcoming family atmosphere that we all cherish in living here!

Big Bear has been my dream destination for many years. I moved out of city and corporate life 3 and half years ago and am enjoying my retirement life up here. Our family has always loved the mountains and would make biweekly weekend trips up to Big Bear Lake regularly. With the lockdown of 2020, the availability for my husband to work from home made the permanent move to these beautiful mountains a reality. I have a 25 year long background in all things customer service and retail management. At nine years old, my family moved to the Big Bear Valley. Although I enjoy skiing and hiking through the forest, I am not much of an outdoor person. I prefer to spend my time making jewelry, drawing fantasy art, and designing websites. In 2013, I earned a Bachelor of Science degree from The Art Institute of Pittsburgh – Online Division in Interactive Media and Web Design. I switched gears and became a local Realtor in 2017. Three years later, I transitioned into Escrow. I am grateful to live and work in a four season resort town surrounded by the gorgeous forest scenery and beauty of the changing seasons.
